In office, we have Dell 22″ Widescreen LCD monitors for our Dev machines which have Oracle Enterprise Linux installed. I love this Linux box because of its high-end configuration and big monitor.
Few days back, I came to know that we can change the alignment of this monitor and make it vertical. At home, I have Viewsonic 19″ Widescreen LCD monitor but it cannot be rotated physically.
Yesterday I tried to turn my office monitor’s display vertical. And guess what, it was superb. I need not scroll much to view web pages or to view the code. And then I have set “Aishwarya Rai’s Jodhaa” wallpaper which made it look more beautiful. I may revert it back after few days, but for now.. I’m loving it
